A controversial Tiger Woods ad for Nike came out last week,
and what really resonated for me were his fathers questions
coming from beyond the grave. When it comes to mistakes big and small
let us keep this in mind.
What your thinking was
(what motivated you to take this action?)
What your feelings are
(remorse, guilt, relief, satisfaction, etc.)
Did you learn anything?
(only you can answer that.)
By asking these questions, in time you can push past
the "you effed this up" frustration and move towards a resolution that can put you on the path to A) living a better life and B) learning from your mistakes instead of punishing yourself for them.
"if you aren't f@cking up, you aren't trying hard enough!"
Mission Statement : How We Do
"...but i love me more" means making a choice to love yourself, as you are, before anything else.
It's also forum to share stories and the realization that past pain CAN propel our future progress!
